You can find the milk that don't contains lactose at the pharmacy and some supermarkets. Soy milk can also be an alternative because isn't high in calcium.

I had the same problem ! I didn't drink milk for 6 months until my friend made some calls and found it. I

t's LaDorna Dimine牛i lejere. It's not sold everywhere, but I found it in Carrefour (You should be able to find it in all big Carrefour stores). Or You can contact them聽 ladornagroup.ro/ro/contact and ask where it's available near you.
