CERTIFICATE OF BACHELORHOOD, to get married in Romania.

Hi everybody!

My fiance and I are getting married in Romania next month. I'm Romanian and he's Nigerian. One of the requirements at the Town Hall is the Certificate of Bachelorhood *that shows you're single* which could be gotten at Local Government in Nigeria, and then legalized at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, therefore at the Nigerian Embassy in Bucuresti. He's got something already like a marriage registration but I'm not really sure if that's the right document. We want to make sure before he comes here so we don't have to delay the whole process *he's travelling in two weeks*. And now my question, could someone that has gone through the same experience show me how the Certificate of Bachelorhood looks like? Please, a quick answer will be of such a great help.

he is supposed to get the certificate from the local government area he is from. make sure he doesnt get it from the high court, but from the local government office
