Moving to Bucharest- Nett income for a family of 4

Hi friends,

I am planning to move to Bucharest and have some concerns and questions to consider my decision.

1. Ho much should be a decent net salary there considering international school for my kids (6 and 12 years), rented 2 bedroom in city, saving of 10k-15k RON per month, and grocery.

Any help would be appreciated,

I suggest for living costs and a Google search for international schools and costs.

Also go online regarding salaries.

You could probably get away with 60k ron a month. I was living on 50k with just my girlfriend and we only spent about 10k. That was including transpo and any restaurant we wanted to go. We only lived in sector 1 Avaiti, which is in my opinion the nicest area in all of Bucharest.

I was living in New York and made 10 000 usd a month in IT. It looks 60k (12 000 euro ) per month in Bucharest is more than US. How you can get that money in Romania ? As far as I know the salary is quite low 1000 euro/ month.
