Need information about life in Kazan

Hi,

I will be moving to Russia for a project and staying in Kazan for 1 year. I need all the infirmation i can get to know about life in Kazan and Russia.

Hi Bharadwaj, Kazan is a city with a population about million (which is big for Russia) and it is about 700kms away from Moscow towards to east. It is the capital of Tatarstan and a beautiful city and the majority of people are Tatar (Muslim). Let me know if you need andy specific info.
