Facilities for rent in Serbia

Hi,
I need information about the mdoalities of rent in Serbia, please if anyone can help;
How can i find a suitable appartement? is it easy? and what would i need to rent聽 (passeport, bank statment ...? also about the rent lease and the deposit ?

It's prety easy to find and rent apartment in Serbia,especialy in capital Belgrade.
Your landlord must notify the Ministry of Internal Affairs for your residence card,depends on the length of your stay landlords will determine the amount of the deposit ,that can be arrenged.If you're staying for a shorter time period I suggest that you stay in some hostel,its the easiest and best way,They will fill you in on all the necessary requirements.In Belgrade, the prices in hostels range from 5 euros to 15 euros for overnight stay, and the prices for renting apartments are ranging from 150 to 350 euros and more.
