hello all,

So I have been here a year, time to start thinking about how taxes will work. So, 2 questions:

- how do taxes work in slovakia
- how does the US tax filing work when living abroad?

Hi Allively,

in Slovakia you're taxed at a flat rate of 19%.
As far as I know, the US is the only country in the world where you have to keep paying taxes, even when you live abroad.
