Is anyone know how to get a mutual divorce in Slovakia.
is it possible to do without going court
dose need to hire a lawyer or need two lawyer
how long it takes
anyone has knowledge

there are different ways to get divorced in Slovakia;
1- By court one of the parties or both of you have to hire a lawyer to start and proceed the divorce process with the court.
2- one of the parties who is not Slovak citizen can make the divorce in his country then legalize it from the Slovak embassy /consulate located there and then give it the the registry office in Slovakia where your marriage has been registered then you will be divorced.
3- you can get divorced in your embassy/consulate located in Slovakia.
