No, for interview its just enough tourist visa. Because she is not working yet.

It will be lot cheaper if you do the interview via remote / online. You can save at least considerable amount of PHPs. Its just a suggestion.聽 if you really need to be here for interview you have to apply for Tourist visa with the support documents, (invitation letter, accommodation proof聽 etc)
