Opening a BnB...tourist licence?

N Rob48

Hi, I am hoping to move to Spain soon (Irish passport) and need to know about whether I can obtain a tourist licence for the property I buy (inland Malaga). Who do I apply to? What will they look for? Is a BnB counted as an autonimo? Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers, Noel
