Hi everyone, I posted already in the forum of Tenerife the same topics.

I'm looking if someone else heard this:

Last May a new decree regarding property laws , has been promulgated in Spain.
It seems that now there are more rules to rent a flat for a short , medium or long period.聽

I was going to buy a coulpe of flat (to rent聽 )but this law apeears to be stricly enforced against the small investors.

Anyone heard about this? Thanks a lot.
