Hi everyone!
I am applying for non lucrative visa in Toronto and just want to know the following:
Do I have to legalize my canadain marriage certificate and RCMP fingerprints?
My marriage certificate was issued in April 2020.聽 If I apply for visa in July,聽 do I have to get new one that would have issue date within 90 days of my application?

Unfortunately a lot of Spanish diplomatic representative offices have different rules. The best would be to enquire directly. Usually 90 days rule applies, so if you hand over your certificate 89 days after the issue date, it should be OK.
