Tax returns weekly commuter - Switzerland to ireland

Hi All,

I moved to Switzerland in 2023 and am a weekly commuter for taxation purposes in Switz. Family still reside back in ireland and as part of the double taxation agreement i am limiting my days back in Ireland as per double taxation agreement. I understand there is a requirement to lodge a tax return in Switzerland each year as per rules but if i have no income in Ireland since i left do i have to lodge a return there? i would assume not if i have no income to declare? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks.
