Moving to Baden area

Hello,

I am portuguese and due assuming a new position in my company I will move to near Zurich I would like to live in Baden.
My husband wants to move but needs to find a job, he is currently Director of an Hotel in Lisbon and English speaker, but not Germain speaker neither do I.

I would appreciate suggestions how can we start on the best way looking an opportunity in Hospitality sector for my husband?

Any other suggestions about renting appartament, finding a housekepper, etc will be welcomed.
