Hello to everyone. I would like to gather informations in referrence of getting a fiance visa for a same sex marriage. I am actually confused if the process will be the same like the normal man and woman marriage or it is going to be a different sets of requirements and/or process.

Swiss laws are very strict, if you were married then things get much easier.

I tried for my Fiance a couple of years back and it didn't work out.

Simple no answer
