CuppinÂ’s is a concept store located in Lausanne, offering a tea room, a cupcake boutique and shopping stores. We are currently seeking a CAKE DESIGNER  with an education in this field or a passionate. 

Position objectives : fill customer special orders, create and decorate cakes (including tiered cake), finish & decorate the daily pastriesÂ’ production.

PART-TIME: CAKE DESIGNER - BAKER (70-80 %)

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Design, create & decorated cakes
- Work with sugarpaste to develop 2D and 3D decors
- Help the team to produce cupcakes and others baking products
- Animate some pastry workshops (decorated cupcakes, cake design..)
