I come from vietnam, because of many reasons i have to leave my country to work overseas. Anyone can help me to find job. I accept any job except illegal jobs. Thanks for your reading.

Non-EU/EFTA citizens will need to get a special residence permit with authorisation to work in Switzerland. This applies whether the employment contract is with a Swiss or a foreign company and whether the work is paid or unpaid and will need to speak either French, German or both.

Given that you are already in Basel, you seem to have some form of permission to stay here. In Switzerland none EU members are able to get work permits.
The HR of your employer will help you with that paperwork.
You could ask the airlines at Basel Airport for a job.
