I'm currently looking into moving to Ukraine. Not so sure about the job prospects there so I thought about opening up a language school.
Just some background
I'm a certified ESL teacher with 15聽 years of experience teaching English all across Europe.
I teach online courses which is nice as it lets me make some living but I was thinking about finding some more stable job.
And now, a few things.
- are there any recognized foreign language schools in Ukraine? (local ones?)
- has anyone heard of Speak Up (like this speak-up.com/)
- how much can one earn as an English tutor (non-native)?
Or, to look at it from a different angle. How about teaching Polish in Kyiv? (that's my native language). Do you think there would be any market for that?
