Over stay concerns

Dear all,

I just need an advice regarding an issue my friend is facing.

my friends聽 visa was canceled by previous employer on October 15, he still haven鈥檛 found any job as of now and still looking for job , meanwhile his old employer is calling him frequently to leave the country or else they said they will take legal action against him, he has been staying extending his visa .for last two months .. as per law he can extend one more time and look for job here, but his previous employer is making issue to the country.

Is there any advice any one can give regarding this matter, advice in the sense can he stay here doing extension .What will be the worst聽 case scenario ?

Due to my present employer's failure to submit an application for me despite his assurances that he would, my visa has been revoked for three months. When I stopped reporting for duty, they abruptly fired me.

My inquiry is: Can I handle my own extension in LMRA, or do I need to get in touch with the person who terminated my visa? I intend to be married in February in order to obtain a dependant visa. I'm anxious that I don't have a visa, therefore I hope you can respond.

If the visa has been cancelled, you have 30days grace to exit the country, an extension can be provided by LMRA but it depends on several factors. Visit LMRA, explain them the situation and seek for extension.

also if in case i want to leave bahrain in the coming week , can I leave with the current extension which I have with a validity till 20 January 2023?

Also, will I be facing any difficulties in airport, Incase of the old sponsor have moved anything legally?

@logicalindian my visa was canceled in October 15, so I got the grace period till November 15,聽 after that I did extension twice , so my question was since I got a valid extension , can聽 my old sponsor move legally or anything?
