@fkhanchaudhry - Sorry to hear your situation. If you do not have a valid visa you will not be able to enter Bahrain.

What i understood is that you are on final exit from Saudi, meaning you would be going back to your home country, after which you can apply for a new visa to enter Bahrain. However, as your previous investor visa wasnt cancelled it would still show on their records that you are overstaying in Bahrain and extensions could only be done if you are within Bahrain.

Please seek legal advise from a lawyer who can guide you the best.

Your visa has expired. You can apply for a visit visa online. Final exit from Saudi has nothing to do with it as you won't be applying on the basis of Saudi iqama.  Come in on a visit visa and apply to convert to investor or work visa.
