Hello everyone, i have a question, my visa was going to expire on 19 june and i wanted to leave the company, so i gave them resignation notice by email one and half months before and because they didn't want me to go they were forcing me to submit passport to them everyday so i got frustrated and on 12 june i gave them resignation stating the passport issue and i also mentioned that u can deduct my salary for these 6 remaining days.聽 (Both resignation i sent them by email) . And because they were threatening me of runaway case i went to lmra and i cancelled my visa on 1 July , so in this case can they file a runaway case on me ?

I already have another offer letter and they r going to apply visa for me in some days as my visa is not valid right now.

Please help me with this.

Check on LMRA website and see the status of your visa, if it shows grace period/no valid employment visa your new employer can start the visa process

It is showing employment visa not valid, now if my new employer applies visa and my status Changes to valid work visa then can my previous employer file a runaway case on me ?
