Leaving Bahrain

Scandinavia14

Hello

i got a job outside Bahrain and resigned but now my current HR is asking for my work visa and ticket(to the country I’m going to) in order for them to cancel my visa here in Bahrain and I don’t want to share with them my documents.

I’m being forced to send them a ticket to my destined country that I don’t have because they haven’t paid me in order for me to purchase it.

my question is; is it necessary for me to send to them my ticket and visa to the country I’m going to?

what happens if I don’t sign my paperwork with the HR? And I just exit the country without their knowledge?

There is absolutely no need for you to send them anything.

Let them book the ticket if they are so concerned that you won't leave.  And under absolutely no circumstances do they have the right to ask where you are going.  You just need to be leaving Bahrain.

Just make a reservation to an XYZ country, it's unfortunate to see such HR practices.

Tell them you're going home for good, if they insist.
