Local transfer been rejected twice- related to Public Prosecution

Trky25

Hello!

please i need to hear your thoughts and advice. My old employer opened my mobility and my new employer tried transferring, but it has been rejected twice. New employer received an emal from lmra that i need to go to NPRA, so i went there and I found out that there was a case file against me. The staff told me not to go to public prosecution by myself, instead send my representative so they can check what is all about.

i dont have any information about this case, no one called or send an email to me. Can this lead to deportation? Iam afraid that my new employer will change their mind and decide not to continue with my application.

No one can answer this.  You need to find out what the case is before anyone can really comment.  It can be something simple or something complex.

The immigration staff told me not to go there as they will catch and deport me. 😭 it doesnt make any sense. Maybe they have mistaken me for somebody? Phil immigration staff will go there to public prosec to check what is the case.

As I said, you or someone on your behalf needs to find out what the case is.  No one here can speculate what the outcome will be.  Public prosecution deals with all types of cases, some of which lead to jail & deportation and others, just fines.

@XTang

Here’s an update. Ph embassay rep went to public prosecution and found out that there was no case at all. They said its in the immigration. I dont know what could possibly be the reason. 😩
