Apply Visa Transfer Manually in LMRA Sanabis branch

Hello!

my visa transfer has been rejected twice by the immigration. Now the lmra suggested to apply my visa mannually in LMRA sanabis branch, but im not sure if it will be rejected again. Nodody can point out what is the root cause of the problem. Immigration said check with lmra, lmra said check with the immigration. Im so lost. My new employer is now giving me 1 week to solve this issue. Please if anybody here experienced the same thing, can you share pls? Thank you in advance!
