House rental agreement query

I have been residing in my current apartment for nearly three years. I intend to vacate the premises and have provided official notice 40 days prior to the end of my lease term. However, the building manager responded with the following:

"We can consider an early termination notice if it falls under Clause 11 (diplomatic clause) of the signed lease agreement, wherein sufficient documentary evidence must be furnished (cancellation of residence permit and employer letter). If the basis of termination is not Clause 11, we cannot accept an early termination of the lease."

I am seeking advice on how to proceed, given that I have already provided a one-month notice.
