I'M an accountant and my visa is under one of the companies of my employers friend but all the work i did was related to the other companies he had shares in and he told me to leave with just 1 day notice as he cannot continue the office my visa is in, (its like my sponsor just gave me visa and told me to work for his friends company) i cannot even complain about this to LMRA as my visa is under other sponser. I got hiried for the work of other company and was paid from them what am i suppose to do now, can there be any possibility that LMRA will help me or compensat me. 2/3 months still left to complete my contract. Any the sponsor under whose my visa is totally empty pocket how will he compensate me. Its like a fraud i still have the picture of the contract of his friends company.

Search the posts in the forum.聽 I have repeatedly told people NOT to work for sponsors without having a visa under them.聽聽By doing what you did, YOU broke the law.聽聽 If you now take this up and file a case for your dues...........and it comes out that you violated the law..........you risk fines and deportation.

They told me its under the same partners so there won't be any problem in that, even so if i get the deportation will the employer be fined and what about the other company who's work i was doing i have all the data to show to the authorities.

You should have verified things before joining work or signing the offer letter, unfortunately your at fault. You can try approaching the authorities but im not sure what you want to gain from it.

Hi XTang , and logicindian聽 , please I need your advice .

I'm living here in Bahrain and I'm under the fexi visa , I don't have medical insurance and I need to do surgery removing the gallbladder because I have big stone 12mm in the neck of the gallbladder. At the beginning I went to private clinic when they discovered the problem and the refer me yo go to private hospital too when I go I found the price so high and I have no budget . Please may you tell me which public hospital should I go and how is the process to get appointment and so on . Thank you so much
