Block on Immigration

This question is for my uncle who worked in Bahrain for 8 years.

My Uncle was in Bahrain working for 8 years from 1989.
He went to Labour court for some salary dispute and finally after 5 years win the case and came back to India, now he again want to go to Bahrain but when he apply for visa the agent told that there is a block in the immigration. Is there any way to remove the block in Bahrain Immigration?

Well, first he needs to ensure the block on immigration is indeed because of this salary dispute. Has he got any confirmation as to why his entrance is blocked?

If the reason is indeed the salary dispute, then he should send the court documentation to LMRA (this can be done via his new employer). Once LMRA receives the document, then they could remove the block on his file or guide him what to do next.

hey,

In your case though the reason seems to be the dispute he had. But if it is from the immigration then there may be other reasons too. Banning a person in case of Bank Corruption, Employee UN-satisfaction聽 and such legal processes are done by LMRA whereas immigration checks for the security clearance. In case of Security there might be problem with his name. There are some names(show attachment to certain groups) dont get visas for Bahrain at all.
