If you are talking about cost of food, I know people who manage with about BD30 per month (very basic and essential foods only). It could be higher if you wish to be liberal with what you eat. Some restaurants, especially those in areas popular with °µÍø½ûÇøs, have monthly payment plans which you could sign up for.

Cooking your own food will certainly be much cheaper than eating out.

If you are going to cook for your own food, I would say keep 50BD per month max. That will be enough.

I would say that it all depends on how many meals a day you eat, what your meal sizes are and what sort of food you like. If you eat a lot of pork it will make the bill higher.
