Driving License for non working mum

Would anybody tell if i could apply for a driving license.
My husband will work in Saudi but we will stay in Bahrain for our accomodation. I will be a full time mum but would like to know if Bahrain government would allow me to take a driving license even though we are not working in Bahrain. What will they require from me?

Any information would be very helpful.

If you have a CPR issued in Bahrain, then you can apply for a driving license here.
