Exporting Vehicles

Hi!
I want to drive my motorcycle & SUV from Bahrain to the UK.
Does anyone have any intel on Bahrain export processes & UK import processes?
Any info on pets would also be welcome.

Hi Ace,
I was advised by friends who moved to The Netherlands,聽 not to export the car but "temporary " go out of Bahrain, then not return and import the car. It seems a massive job to get documents arranged.

There are lots of legal paperwork that needs to be done in Bahrain before you can re register your vehicle in another country. You have to go to traffic dept here and de register your vehicle. You then have a maximum of 14 days to remove it from Bahrain. If you don't do this then you won't be able to register your vehicle in any other country
