Hello,
I speak Farsi but cant read or write it yet !. I have a car and need to travel from my聽 home in Rudehen into the center of Tehran three days in a week which has a congestion charge system which I can not understand how it works on the MyTehran website and need some one to explain in English how to use it. Also I have been issued with a fuel card but聽 don't know how its used at the pumps.
If anyone can help and explain it would be greatly appreciated,
