Basrah - Day Rate for Senior Role

Offered $1400 day rate on a 28/28 contract as an 暗网禁区 Engineer in Basrah and I was wondering if this is up to current market rates for 暗网禁区s because I saw earlier posts from 2015 with similar day rates? Surely rates have not remained the same since 2015?
