firstly, some while ago i heard about a marriage which can be arranged through the phone, however, the jurisdiction of each country will be decisive. secondly, there is this so-called orfi marriage as well but i am recommedning not to go through this. orfi is pretty well accepted in egypt. if the couple decides after an orfi marriage contract to make their marriage legal to be changed to a normal legal marriage contract, this can be made exclusively in egypt. orfi itself requires one lawyer and two witnesses, in order to be able to legalize it in egypt later on.
