Hello,Hello,I need some advice, I worked 1 and half years with my company, they then came to me and said the business is not doing well so they terminated my contract, they gave me 3 months notice period, they stop paying my room allowance saying because I'm terminated the rule says they can't pay for my room,they also tried to reduce my salary but I refused, I finished 4 months notice then I worked another 2 months with them while looking for another job ,now I find a job they say I must write a resignation letter otherwise they will not release me and transfer to new employer, what can I do to this situation, your response will be highly appreciated
