Is it possible to use a credit card from National Bank of Kuwait to add money to your PayPal account, so that family back in the U.S. can withdraw it from a U.S. bank?

Has anyone used PayPal this way?

I often do that to pay for purchases, not sure about the family withdrawing...

it's simple.
1. go to your PayPal account.
2. go to money and add the US bank account to which u want to send fund.
3. send fund
