i think you need to do your own research, if you are calling saudi arabia south arabia, then you need to read up, a lot, on the region.

and no, going to school and working is not an option here, not one that will benefit you in the long run; living costs are high and your wage, if any, as a part-time worker will be low.finish a university degree, then think of coming to kuwait. in the mean time check out numbeo.com for a rough idea on how costs are in kuwait.
