It doesn't make much sense to organize anything without a core group of people and invest in the equipment on top of it.

Its not that difficult to find players forbvollyball .. Well I do have a colleague that she plays volleyball .. She is philipina .. I men to say any one of the interested people may get a friend or so to join our group

Actually iam soo interested to bring this true and get it done soon ...

So lets agree for a day to gather any where and discuss things ... We might have a dinner at light resturant or gathering for 1 hour time to set up the agreement between all the interested people ...

We might agree to buy uniform for us ...

I passed by the place a while ago, I think we may attract more people by just showing up and playing. Ok, I will organise a gathering for interested people and we will take it from there. First we need to invest in the net & ball, I will check the cost this weekend. I'll keep everyone posted.

I am moving to kuwait soon and i'm desperate to find volleyball teams to play with! i play regularly here in lebanon (4 days a week) and i would be so depressed if i couldn't continue to play after i move.
I know this post was posted more than a year ago but is there any chance you guys are still practicing?
I am a pretty good player (not so tall tho i must warn u) and would love to be part of a team!

No, couldn't gather a group of people large enough, but I am still hopeful. In the mean time I have started running, but that is not an option during hotter months.

They also fixed up the courts and they look great now. I noticed some people are playing so I guess we can always ask to join them.

I'd love to join you guys as I live just across the street but have shredded knees.

Happy to be a cheerleader/spectator.

oh that's a shame thanks for the info tho ! i was worried volleyball would not be popular in Kuwait and as you mentioned summer is harsh and outdoor activities are not really an option.
