PHO (food)
I don't think you will find an authentic one in Kuwait. I have visited an event organized by a girl of Vietnamese descent who also happens to be a member of the forum here where they were serving Vietnamese food. She told me that they had to import most of the ingredients to make it happen. Not sure if anything changed in the mean time.

While we're on the topic of food, could you perhaps also point me to an authentic Indonesian restaurant? Im craving for nasi uduk, ayam bakar and soto betawi.
