to get a land line youll need to get in touch with ogero. "https://www.ogero.gov.lb"
mobile operators are MTC and ALFA, you can buy pre or post paid sim from class if you want "http://classcellulars.com/"
budget for a land line is ,"~ 14$ fixed fee every month, + whatever calls you make , whether local or international" i recommend you disable the ability to call mobile phone from your land line as it will be very expensive
prepaid ranged between 20$ to 50$ i think , not sure as i own a post paid
post paid lines is 20$ fixed priced + any calls you make
