My wife is working in a school with visa and my son is in my dependent visa till July 2024. Now I got an opportunity in India. So I may quit my current job and go back. My son is in class XII, exam due next year March. Can my son stay in Oman till his exam gets over as his visa validity is till next year and can leave that time as school change is not possible at this time. Please suggest me how I should process the same.

Yes he has visa validity till August 2024. But I may leave next month leaving my family in Muscat. Wife has visa with school. But my son is with my company dependent visa. So he can continue to stay after I leave oman cancelling my visa from my company?

What will be the process. Son can stay with i his mother without any problem and complete the exam next year?
