hi guys,

I have just resigned from my current job in Salalah and got a new job in Oman. My company did not give me NOC and my visa is also expiring, so I have to go on exit and then come on a new employment visa from the new company.

My query is can i do my medical from Oman itself and submit the papers to d new company and exit? Will it remain valid after i exit OMAN? I want to save as much time i can and come back to oman as soon as possible. How much estimated time will it take?

sorry.. u dont need to do a medical if u r planning to come back immediately. Once you are back, you can do medical locally..

Yes u don't need medical now if ur new Company will arrange a visa for u within a month after u leave.

well they did ask for my medical :-(...now posted it ...all formalities done from my side. Now i am waiting for the visa. How much time does it take to process my employment visa after all papers are submitted.? Anyone have an idea.
