hi every one, i just want to ask if any one knows any site or hard copy of MOH regarding staff(nurse/doctors/technician) benefits here in Oman about health services and housing privilege? One scenario we encountered lately. We are MOH staff working in a hospital ( for 2yrs.), and  we went to a nearby health center for consultation (that was nearest HC in our new accommodation) , they ask for Health card? we are surprised because we have no idea about this health card...then at that day from Medical Record Officer told us about the following things. 1.) each staff is entitled for health card w/c valid for 2yrs. 2.) MOH staff who seek consultation in non designated region without health card should pay for his/her own treatment. we are surprised about it because most of us are traveling and visiting our friends in other region. second issue is what is our right for housing furniture? we have friends who was allowed to live outside hospital accommodation but since they 2 person are sharing on the house, the head of hospital told them they will received only one set of furniture? as far as i know we are entitled to have individual furniture. because of this incidents i would like to ask if anyone knows any site regarding issues.. we are would like to see if we have similar cases from different region.please give your comments and suggestions.. thanks...
