PCC Required

Hi,

I am currently working in KUWAIT and got employment in Oman. Business visa issued and now plan to covert as employment after reaching there. Please let me know whether PCC is mandatory and Do I need to apply the same in here kuwait or Exempted from in it if working on GCC countries. Note that, with in 12-15 days, I will leave the country to join in OMAN. Appreciate your earliest reply.

1-聽 What is PCC ?
2-聽 If you already have a "Business Visa" for Oman, why do you need to convert it to employment visa ?
