Left Oman in March. I have 2 Years ban. Can I come along anyway?

I left Oman in March 2016.
And would like to recome or rejoin and some of my friend told me that there is 2 year ban and i have to finish my 2 year then can come or can het visa ..
Can some body clarify the rules to rejoin the company or Oman ?

if u have NOC then you can join otherwise wait because on 20th Nov Ban/NOC will be ends according to local sources adn Times of Oman
