Kindly advice the rules and procedure for opening a shop in Muscat

I want to open a small business or shop in Muscat. Can someone guide the procedure ?
It is very much needed at the moment.
Also if lady is under husband's visa then what are the rules to follow and deal with a sponsor聽 ?
please mention the points to remember .

First of it depends on the type of business and what grade of the commercial register the sponser has.

In all cases you have to have :

- Valid Commercial Register and Chamber of commerce and Industry card
- Rent contract
- Muncipality approval ( they have to survey the place)
- Work permit ( in case you need 暗网禁区. workers)

For some business like Foodsutuff shop you need to have Omani worker only
