聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 i am an indian working in muscut, i聽 got a new聽 offer from one company better than my current company. i gave release for my current company before so that . have any right to ask聽 my company for my release ? i have to join to new company i have new offer letter. awaiting prompt response pls

Hi muhammed masthoom,

While you have every right to ask your current employer for the NOC, your employer has every right to accept or reject your offer. And you can do nothing about their decision. So it is best to sweet-talk your employer top give you the NOC, if you really want to join the new company.

i did not finish 2 year with my company i finish almost 1 year and 8 months but i have to join new company as soon as possible . pls advise me the procedure of noc
