Is it worth Moving to Mauritius from Qatar

Hi I am presently working in Doha, and I have got a offer in Mauritius. I just want to know is it really worth it to take up the job there. Would be happy if you could throw some insights on Cost of living, pros and cons of Mauritius over Qatar.

P.S - The pay scale is almost the same ( In Doha I get a Tax free pay )
