@Ghana go, what was your profession? i.e. is your profession related to food handling or medical related jobs or teaching or barber? As far as I know, deportation only applies for such professions.

I was tested hiv positive in 2014 and marked medically unfit in qatar, my company just gave me ticket and i left the country, now in 2024 i want to apply for tourist visa in UAE is it possible?

Different countries and tourist visa..............so no medical required.  But you can never work in the GCC again.
