Double account Mumaris

Hi all best regards,maybe any one here can help me to solve my problem.

In my case I has double mumaris account,First account created by Institutions (consultant company) for Prometric.but the first mumaris account I can't access because of personal Whos manage my account resignation from the company,and no one know his contact number to asking account user name and password also email while first registration to Scfh.Then I created new account Mumaris,but the problem appear that I can't complete my profile,some required data like nationality,country of birth and code phone number can't be typing,so now I can't continue my Mumaris process.

What I should do to to find an access to continue Mumaris.
