Hi My contract is ending on 19 January 2023. In the meantime I have another offer and the employer did not provided me with the new contract. He told me if you need transfer either pay SAR 15,000 or go on final exit. My qiwa is showing that the contract is cancelled, no response. Can I get transfer immediately?

If either of work permit or iqama is expired then you can transfer without your current employer approval... you can check your work permit status on Qiwa website
