Dataflow discrepancy

Good day, anyone here can enlighten me please. I work in ksa for 3years way back 2016 and do my dataflow but the result is discrepancy in my coe but i am not blacklisted, then i finished my contract in 2019 w/o any problem and my saudi council is already expired. So i work again in phil. To gain 2 years experience. now my question is i decided to come back to ksa and do new application with dataflow with my current coe is there anyway they can trace my old dataflow since i apply for new application with new passport number? Please enlighten me.. t.y
